General Description: The Service allows users to search for DJs, request songs, and make payments through our platform. DJs can use the platform to receive song and hype requests and interact with event attendees.
Service Access: The Service is available to users in Nigeria and is provided for your personal, non-commercial use. You may access the Service through our website or mobile application.
Your Use of the Service
Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this age requirement.
Account Registration: To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
User Responsibilities: You agree to use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You agree not to engage in any activity that could harm, disrupt, or interfere with the Service or the networks, systems, and servers connected to the Service.
Content Submission: Users are responsible for any content they submit, including song requests and messages to DJs. You agree not to submit any content that is unlawful, defamatory, or infringes on the rights of others.
Prohibited Conduct: You agree not:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in a way that violates these Terms.
- Impersonate any person or entity or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.
- Engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the Service, servers, or networks connected to the Service.
- Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, trade, resell, or exploit for any commercial purpose, any portion of the Service or access to the Service.
- Use the service for any fraudulent financial transaction
- Use the service for cyber bullying
Content and Intellectual Property Rights
Ownership: The Service, including its software, design, text, graphics, and all other content, is owned by Spin Request Global Limited or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
User Content: By submitting content (such as song requests, comments, or feedback) to the Service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, and display such content in connection with the Service.
Third-Party Content: The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Spin Request Global Limited. We are not responsible for the content or practices of any third-party websites or services.
Payments and Refunds
Payment Processing: Payments for song and hype requests are processed through our payment gateway, Paystack. By making a payment through the Service, you agree to Paystack's terms and conditions.
Payment Remittance: DJs will receive payments from us based on the agreed-upon schedule. DJs are responsible for providing accurate payment information and ensuring compliance with tax and other legal obligations.
Service Fees: We reserve the right to charge service fees for certain features or services within the platform. The amount of these fees will be disclosed to you prior to incurring any charges.
Refund Policy: Rejected song and hype requests are refunded to the user's wallet and can only be used as a means of payment for other song or hype requests on the application.
Term and Termination
Term: These Terms will remain in effect until terminated by you or Spin Request Global Limited
Termination by You: You may terminate your account at any time by contacting customer support or through the account settings in the Service.
Termination by Us: We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice, including if we believe you have violated these Terms.
Effect of Termination: Upon termination of your account, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
No Warranty: The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Spin Request Global Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your use or inability to use the Service; (ii) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; (iii) any bugs, viruses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our Service by any third party; or (iv) any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of your use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the Service.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Spin Request Global Limited and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from (i) your use of and access to the Service, (ii) your violation of any term of these Terms, or (iii) your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy and User Guidelines which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the Service, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy and User Guidelines.

About This Terms
Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Spin Request Global Limited regarding your use of the Service and supersede any prior agreements between you and Spin Request Global Limited.
Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
No Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
Assignment: You may not assign or transfer these Terms, by operation of law or otherwise, without our prior written consent. We may assign or transfer these Terms at our discretion, without restriction.
